Restructuring the appointment scheduling and patient eligibility verification journey within a management software for medical clinics. The main objective was to offer more fluidity and clarity to the users' daily routine and to the patient data validation process.

The new interface made the patient's authorization status clearer and more direct, optimizing the clinic staff's routine and reducing the possibility of errors.
In addition to the screens and flows, a glossary of terms and a backlog with over 8 opportunities for improvement were created, ensuring consistency and the future evolution of the product.
