Summary
Artificial intelligence functionality for the sales segment, integrated into an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Pílulas aims to scan application data and provide suggestions to assist salespeople and industry professionals in their activities.
In essence, it aims to optimize routines by cross-referencing information and generating opportunities, reducing the reliance on traditional methods, such as spreadsheets and emails, for many activities.

Challenges
The functionality was not founded on design, lacking brand standards, architectural principles, visuals, scale, etc. It was necessary to bring this perspective carefully without losing focus on the main scope.
The ERP is a legacy system, a common scenario in such applications. Therefore, it was challenging to merge old journeys with new ones while maintaining consistency.

Result
Created the pills hub, where it's possible to check open items and the history of previous pills.
Standardized the pill formats, how they would be approached, which information would be prioritized, filters, etc.
Created new pill notifications, which can appear both in the hub and during regular ERP usage. An example would be when products have been in stock for too long, Pílulas sends a notification.
